You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the operation of the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Blue Capital Investment, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
